BUYER PROTECTION, IN WRITING

What AllProfiles guarantees.
Exactly what our Terms say.

AllProfiles makes three commitments, all written in its Terms of Service. Payments go through Stripe Connect and are held in escrow until the rental period begins. If a rental doesn’t match its listing, you can open a dispute by email within 72 hours of the rental start, and our team may issue a refund, replacement or account credit. Rentals bill month to month; cancel anytime.

Escrow until your rental begins.

Terms of Service, section 5: “Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. AllProfiles holds funds in escrow until the rental period begins and disburses to agents on the schedule described at checkout.”

In plain terms: when you pay for a rental, the money does not go straight to the provider who listed the account. AllProfiles holds it until your rental period starts, and the provider is paid on the schedule shown at checkout. The Terms call providers “agents”.

Escrow protects the moment you pay. It does not change how a platform treats the account once you start using it; that part is covered under “What we don’t promise” below.

A 72-hour dispute window.

Terms of Service, section 7: “If a rental does not match the listing, you can open a dispute by emailing support@allprofiles.io within 72 hours of the start of the rental. Our team reviews disputes and may issue a refund, replacement, or account credit at our discretion.”

If the account you receive does not match its listing, email support@allprofiles.io from your account email within 72 hours of the start of the rental. Our team reviews it. A refund, a replacement and an account credit are the possible outcomes, and which one applies is our team’s decision.

A dispute is about the rental not matching the listing. The Terms set no deadline for replacing an account, and they do not turn every restriction into a refund. We would rather say that here than let a summary say it for us.

Month-to-month billing, cancel anytime.

Terms of Service, section 3: “Rentals are billed month-to-month unless otherwise noted.” “You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.”

There is no minimum term in the Terms. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a listing notes different billing, the listing tells you before you pay.

The Verified label is the provider’s confirmation.

The Verified label on a listing is the provider’s confirmation that the account is verified on its platform. It is not an AllProfiles government-ID audit. Listings without the label can still be rented; read each one for what it states.

Each public listing shows the rental price, the billing period and, where the provider supplies them, the location and connection count. You can browse every listing before creating an account. Provider names are masked on public listings.

The Terms describe the people behind the listings plainly: “all accounts are owned and operated by the real individuals or agencies who list them.” Agents retain ownership of their accounts and set their own rental terms.

What we don’t promise.

Some services publish stronger promises. These are the ones AllProfiles does not make, so you can compare on facts.

No replacement deadline

The Terms set no deadline for replacing an account. Replacement is one possible outcome of a dispute, decided by our team.

No availability commitment

AllProfiles does not offer an uptime SLA or a guaranteed availability percentage. Platforms such as LinkedIn can restrict an account at any time.

No guaranteed results

Terms §8: “We do not guarantee specific outreach results”. A rented account does not come with a promised reply rate or number of meetings.

Not responsible for platform actions

Terms §8: “we are not responsible for actions taken by underlying platforms (including account suspensions triggered by client behavior)”.

No income promise for providers

Listing an account does not guarantee a rental, a price or earnings.

What you pay.

Each listing shows its rental price and billing period, and checkout shows the final amount before you pay. Providers set their own prices.

AllProfiles charges a platform fee. Terms of Service, section 6: “The platform fee is 15% of each payment, deducted from the provider’s payout (20% for crypto payouts).” The Terms say the fee funds “verification, dispute resolution, escrowed payments, and a secure rental workflow”, and that “The platform fee that funds this work is non-negotiable.” Off-platform payments to avoid it are prohibited (§6), which keeps payments on the platform.

How to open a dispute.

Compare the account with its listing

Write down what differs: the profile, connection count, location, access method or anything else the listing stated.

Email support within 72 hours

Email support@allprofiles.io from the email address on your AllProfiles account within 72 hours of the start of the rental (Terms §7). Never send passwords or recovery codes.

Say which rental and what doesn’t match

Include the rental (the profile link) and what doesn’t match the listing. Our team reviews the dispute and may issue a refund, replacement or account credit at its discretion.

Keep the rental on the platform

Do not agree to a side payment or a swap arranged outside AllProfiles. Payments outside the platform are not covered by escrow and break the Terms (§6).

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Straight answers.

How long do I have to open a dispute?

72 hours from the start of the rental. The Terms of Service say: “If a rental does not match the listing, you can open a dispute by emailing support@allprofiles.io within 72 hours of the start of the rental.” Email from your account email with the rental (the profile link) and what doesn’t match the listing. Our team then reviews the dispute and may issue a refund, replacement or account credit at its discretion.

When is my payment released to the provider?

AllProfiles holds the payment in escrow until the rental period begins, then pays the provider on the schedule described at checkout (Terms of Service, section 5). Payments are processed through Stripe Connect.

Can I cancel a rental anytime?

Yes. Rentals are billed month-to-month unless otherwise noted, and you can cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period (Terms of Service, section 3).

Does AllProfiles offer a money-back guarantee?

No. AllProfiles does not offer a money-back guarantee. If a rental does not match its listing, you can open a dispute by emailing support@allprofiles.io within 72 hours of the start of the rental, and our team may issue a refund, replacement or account credit at its discretion (section 7).

Will AllProfiles replace a restricted LinkedIn account?

Not automatically. Replacement is one possible outcome of a dispute, and disputes cover rentals that do not match their listing. The Terms also say AllProfiles is not responsible for actions taken by underlying platforms. For questions, contact support@allprofiles.io.

Is there an uptime SLA?

No. AllProfiles does not offer an uptime SLA or a guaranteed availability percentage. Platforms such as LinkedIn can restrict accounts, and the Terms make no availability promise.

Does AllProfiles charge a platform fee?

Yes. The Terms of Service (section 6) say: “The platform fee is 15% of each payment, deducted from the provider’s payout (20% for crypto payouts).” They describe the fee as non-negotiable and say it funds verification, dispute resolution, escrowed payments and a secure rental workflow. Each listing shows the rental price and billing period, and checkout shows the final amount before you pay.

Is AllProfiles responsible if LinkedIn suspends an account?

No. The Terms (section 8) say AllProfiles is not responsible for actions taken by underlying platforms, including account suspensions triggered by client behavior. If the rental did not match its listing, the 72-hour dispute process still applies.
