PROFILE PUBLISHING

Import → review → publish

POST /agent-profiles/scrape with the supplied LinkedIn URL.
Review the returned public details and choose the price, browser and provider.
POST /agent-profiles with listImmediately:false to save an unlisted draft.
PATCH the saved profile with status:available after review.

Scraping may incur provider costs. It does not guarantee a complete or accurate profile.

CUSTOMER CONVERSATIONS

Receive → fetch context → reply

Subscribe a webhook to the message-created event.
Verify its signature and durably insert the event once by ID before returning 2xx.
Fetch the conversation and history. Confirm the sender is the customer for that organization booking; other staff messages are also possible. Ignore your own bot’s messages.
Prepare a reply for review. Send the approved reply with a stable idempotency key derived from that event.
